Registering for classes
CNA Learning hub is currently offering a 76-hour CNA training course, including one hour of abuse/misappropriation training. The course follows an approved curriculum by the Department of Health and Human Services. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $150 (which goes toward the total tuition cost). Total cost of this 2-week long program is $650.
To register, a student enrollment agreement form will be signed by the student and
school director. The student will receive a signed copy of this agreement and upon completion of the class, the student will be presented with a certification for the class itself.
To complete certification, students will choose a state testing exam time and date. **State testing will be held at an on-site facility approved by Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Nebraska nurse aide state testing is divided into two portions. The written test is a series of written multiple-choice questions. The hands-on skilled test will evaluate the students’ abilities to perform essential CNA tasks.
This portion will be proctored by a licensed nurse making sure students are efficient in
doing the approved skills according to state standards.**
